Oh hai Tumblr. Just thought I’d share this SUPERCUTE photo of myself. Minus that one wonky eye. I always have one wonky eye in photos, what’s up with that?
Haaaaanyways, just wanted to do a quick post on how much I love chocolate milk. It’s a super awesome recovery drink for distance runners, since it’s a perfect blend of carbs+protein (+chocolate).
That’s all. I’m refusing to acknowledge the weather as I’m at work and there are no windows so I figure if I ignore it, it will be sunny and 70 when I go outside at 4:30.*
Workouts have been boring lately. I think I need to start doing some tempo runs soon to help with speed. I am a total moron as it took a post by Theodora for me to realize - HELLO, tempo runs are easiest on a treadmill, because you have better control over speed/exact distance. Wow… really smart.
What’s that you say? You have an extra dollar or two hanging around you’d like to contribute to cancer research? You’re too sweet.
